Description:Stand tall and grab the barbell using a shoulder-width, supinated grip. Holding your upper arms stationary, bend your elbows to move the barbell upward. Continue moving the barbell until your biceps achieve full contraction. Hold this position for one second and take the barbell back to your initial position.
